ND filters (Neutral Density filters) are a funny toy\/tool in a photographers photo-bag that allows you to use a long shutter also during daylight. I have got a couple of cheap filters that I played around with today. It’s still summer and I am allowed to play around with my camera almost all the time. So here are a few attempts at ND-filter photography from the river close by. I even managed to persuade my girlfriend to try her hand at it too. She was not bad, but there are none of her images included in this batch. In addition to this I have included attempt number two at macro photography. This time I brought a flash, but the biggest problem now is that my “models” are not standing still. Shooting moving targets when your depth of field is less than 5 mm is hard whatever equipment you bring along. So you guys doing this with a Canon EOS MP- E-65<\/a> lens\u2026 You rock<\/a>! As far as I can tell that would be even more difficult than what I am attempting using a Canon EOS 100 mm f\/2.8<\/a><\/p>\n
